Lord Dunmore’s War

What is Lord Dunmore’s War? It’s the war everyone would know if there had not been an American Revolution. Occurring at the same time as the Intolerable Acts and the First Continental Congress, Lord Dunmore’s War is an event thrown into obscurity. Lasting barely 10 months, the war centered around land disputes and ended with the further cession of American Indian lands.
