Join us outside this summer at the History Center’s Penn Avenue lot for family-friendly activities that explore stories from our region!

On Saturday, July 10, create projects inspired by some of our favorite things about Pittsburgh!  Design your own pickle pin and Pop art masterpiece in the style of Burton Morris. Explore local amusement park history and check out our midway.

Location

This outdoor event will take place in the lot adjacent to the Museum Conservation Center at 1221 Penn Avenue, just around the corner from the History Center’s main entrance on Smallman Street.

Admission

Participation in the Summer Sidewalk Series is FREE for everyone.

Please note that this family-friendly event takes place outdoors. In case of severe inclement weather, the outdoor event will be canceled and activities will be offered indoors (included with regular museum admission). Check the History Center’s website or social media platforms for the most-up-to-date information regarding event cancellations.
