Bertha Lamme, Engineer

Bertha Lamme blazed new trails for women when she accepted a job as an engineer with the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company in 1893. Her slide rule and T-square are on display in Pittsburgh: A Tradition of Innovation.
