Experience the vibrant colors of fall as you wander through the woodlands surrounding Meadowcroft.

Presented in partnership with the Pennsylvania Forestry Association, Penn State, and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Meadowcroft invites you to join us for an immersive woodland walk that celebrates the rich natural history of Pennsylvania.

Along the trail, you’ll discover how early peoples relied on native plants and wildlife for food, tools, and survival—gaining a deeper appreciation for the resources that continue to shape life in the region today.

Admission

The Walk in Penn’s Woods is included with regular admission. Purchasing tickets in advance is encouraged, but tickets will also be sold at the admissions desk in the Barensfeld Center depending on availability and capacity limits.
