13th Annual Bocce Tournament & Festival

Come throw out the pallino and throw down for a worthy cause!  

The 13th Annual Bocce Tournament & Festival will return to Acrisure Stadium, Gate A, South Plaza, on Saturday, August 24. Support the History Center’s Italian American Program and sponsor a team of four in the double-elimination tournament!

New this year – Premium Sponsorship includes all the benefits of a Team Sponsorship PLUS an intimate dinner and wine pairing for four (4) guests at the History Center with other Italian American Program supporters.

The annual event is free and open to the public, so stop by to cheer on the players, observe the games, and enjoy entertainment all day long from The Aces with special guest Shari Richards, The New Pure Gold, and The Jaggerz (on-site seating available on a first come, first serve basis). Delicious Italian Fare by Common Plea Catering will also be available for purchase.

The History Center will bring back a pop-up shop featuring fan favorites and a selection of Italian American themed items from the Museum Shop.

Proceeds raised from this event will benefit the History Center’s Italian American Program.

Founded in 1990, the Italian American Program is dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Italian Americans in Western Pennsylvania. The Italian American collection at the History Center is one of the largest in the country and home to artifacts and archival materials that document the pivotal role Italian Americans play in shaping our region.
