Explore PA Outdoors: Hunting and Fishing

Learn about 18th-century hunting and fishing techniques with the Fort Pitt Museum. 

Fort Pitt Museum staff will showcase 18th-century hunting and fishing techniques, including weapon demonstrations throughout the day on the museum’s lawn. The event is part of the Explore PA Outdoors program in partnership with the Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). Admission to the Explore PA Outdoors event is free, but regular admission applies to enter the Fort Pitt Museum and access its exhibitions.
