Play ball – 19th century style!

Step back in time for a vintage game of “base ball” at Meadowcroft — when America’s pastime looked a little different and was spelled with two words! Watch as the Somerset Frosty Sons of Thunder face off against the Addison Mountain Stars, playing by authentic 1860s rules, uniforms, and traditions.

Visit Meadowcroft’s game day concession selling hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts, and root beer floats! Don’t forget to bring a chair to enjoy a laid-back day of classic competition in a historic setting.

Vintage Base Ball games begin at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Admission

Access to the Vintage Base Ball game is included with admission. Purchasing tickets in advance is encouraged, but tickets will also be sold at the admissions desk in the Barensfeld Center depending on availability.
