Eyes of Pittsburgh

For more than a century, photographers at the city’s newspapers have captured Pittsburgh’s everyday routines and its most defining moments. Together, these images form a visual history of Pittsburgh and its people, preserving their legacy for generations to come.

Featuring some of the most compelling images from the Post-Gazette’s archives, the Eyes of Pittsburgh exhibition brings more than 100 years of Pittsburgh history into sharp focus.

This photographic exhibition, curated in partnership with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, is on display in the History Center’s fourth floor Campbell Gallery.
