Developed by the Pittsburgh Steelers, the 2026 NFL Draft Exhibit pulls back the curtain on one of the biggest productions in sports, offering a behind-the-scenes look as Pittsburgh prepares to host the Draft from April 23–25, 2026.
Located on the third floor of the Franco Harris Sports Museum, the exhibit celebrates the region’s deep football roots, from Steel City Hall of Famers to the local athletes who helped shape the game.
Exhibit highlights:
- Trace Pittsburgh’s role in the origins of the NFL Draft, which dates to a 1935 NFL owners meeting at the Fort Pitt Hotel.
- Follow the evolution of the Steeler’s Draft philosophy, from a team that mortgaged the future by trading draft picks to one that built championship teams through it.
- Explore the dynasty created under Coach Chuck Noll, including the 1974 Draft Class which included five Hall of Famers.
